We had a great long weekend away at Erika's place. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and a wonderful retreat! Erika was very responsive and proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was going well with our stay.

Loved this place is was so cozy & chic. Me and my fiancé stood for a valentines getaway the kitchen is so nice with a view of the lake and trees. The sauna was great!

Erika was so very helpful, from check in to check out and more. She always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The place was amazing! The linens and bedding felt very nice! And the beds were super comfortable. My daughter loved the comforter that she wanted one for our home! We will definitely be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming Kingston townhome! The house beautifully blends old-world character with tasteful modern touches, creating a space that feels both cozy and fresh. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to great restaurants and coffee shops, yet it was also an easy drive to explore nearby Hudson Valley towns. Erika was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway or a small group planning a relaxing girls’ weekend. We would absolutely stay there again! 🩷

This house is a dream come true. We came up as a group of friends for a long weekend with plans to explore the area, go snow tubing, take some winter hikes, check out local breweries... in the end we barely left the house. It was so cozy and gorgeous with plenty of space for us all to relax together. The kitchen was a dream. It turned into a weekend of home cooked meals, conversations by the fire, endless laughter during board games around the big dining room table, late night winter hot tub adventures, cozied up reading on the couch. I think in the end we checked out one brewery and two restaurants so I can't speak on the area. But with a home like this one why bother leaving?! Ended my stay with a soak in the gorgeous master bedroom tub. Hard for us to leave!

My husband I rented Perch Cottage #9 for a hiking weekend in January and loved it so much that we returned for a weekend in Feb. Cottage #9 wasn't available, so we stayed in #7 which was just as lovely. Cosy, clean, private and well-located cabins. Looking forward to our next visit!

This place exceeded expectations. We’ve driven by a few times when we go skiing up at Bellayre and we finally had the opportunity to stay here. It’s much more spacious than I was expecting and super comfortable. A great place to stay and very clean and well maintained. The team was very responsive after we discovered the battery died in the electric keypad.

What a lovely, spacious, peaceful home. We chose this home for a professional retreat and it was just perfect! Lots of well-lit, comfortable spaces that ranged from a large dining table with comfortable chairs to a living room area with a big sectional and additional comfy chairs plus a gas fireplace to workout equipment and a TV area downstairs (which we did not use but we could see that kids and teens would like this a lot). It was a great place to connect, think deeply, and plan for the future. The kitchen was big, modern, and super clean. We loved making our meals there. The hosts were so kind and communicative. We didn't have many questions, just small things like "would you prefer the fireplace off when we leave" and the replies were so fast. A+ for sure. We would love to return for our next retreat.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We traveled with 3 children under 2 and the space was toddler friendly and even had activities for the kids ready to go. Every room was immaculate and the bathrooms were stocked and ready for guests with lovely amenities. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking too. We loved how peaceful it was and truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.
