We had the most wonderful stay at Erika's beautiful house. Everything was absolutely perfect - squeaky clean everywhere, every comfort one could possibly need or imagine, very comfortable, great location and neighborhood/walking distance (10 minutes) to historic areas and other areas (a little longer which we all really enjoyed as we were eating delicious food and needed to exercise!), fantastic restaurants, bakeries, a lovely deli just around the corner and beautiful trees and shrubs everywhere we went. We were in town for a wedding and we can't speak highly enough of this amazing accommodation - probably the best one any of us have ever stayed in and, between us, we have stayed in many places both in the US and overseas. We would highly recommend this great house, very representative of Kingston and its history and so very enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you Erika for also staying closely in touch with us to make sure that we were having the best time - greatly appreciated!

I had a nice time staying at Erika's place. Very peaceful location with a short drive to restaurants, market, etc. I also enjoyed the extensive library, nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute best stay, and simply couldn’t speak higher of our experience. The home is truly beautiful, and is incredibly well taken care of. You feel the warmth of this home the moment you step foot. Erika is also super quick to respond for any question(s) as arising. Our toddler also loved the play area, and we as a family, took advantage of the guidebook - which is really well thought through for both parents and kids alike. 5 stars on every level - we will 100% be back!

The cottage was perfectly situated for exploring the Catskills. We travelled with our one year old baby and it was fine. Everything was clean and tidy and ready to settle in as soon as we arrived.

The cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby and local areas to explore. We also enjoyed spending time in the sauna while enjoying the view of the creek. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was adorable and very comfortable with great beds. Erika was a communicative and helpful host and the instructions for everything were very clear. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek outside my window was just the reset I needed. We’ll happily go back!
