We had a wonderful two-day stay at Perch Cottage, and Erika was an exceptional host throughout our visit. She was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Erika’s attention to detail really stood out, and her communication was clear and helpful both before and during our stay. Erika’s place was splendid! We came from NYC for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for two couples, although the house could have easily accommodated more (at least another couple/family). The waterfall right in front of the deck was a treat. Didn’t have to leave the house for a scenic view. The house was well stocked for us to cook multiple meals. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. Erika was quick to respond and very accommodating. We all had a special time. First time I thought I’d return to an Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a wonderful host! Needless to say the house was well equipped and spotless, and Erika was always super responsive. Really enjoyed our stay with our baby and our pup! Hope to come back again soon!

Erika’s house was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We enjoyed hiking, horseback riding, and the surrounding towns had a lot to offer. (Great restaurants too!) Thank you Erika for a phenomena stay.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The property was beautiful and had so much to offer. We especially enjoyed the BBQ, sauna, and the spectacular views. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, a great getaway and we would definitely recommend it!

Comfy and clean! We needed a place for family members to stay while in town for a funeral. Would be great place to stay whatever the reason. But, it was easy, comfortable, and in a great location in Kingston.

The house, the location and overall stay was perfect. Although the WiFi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, it kept us off our phones / tv and be present. Unplugged and relaxed the whole weekend. It wasn’t dark cottages in the woods were which was very nice since you can still see what’s outside. Overall, the place was so nice and romantic.

Everything was perfect. We were there for a weekend of hiking. The location was convenient to trails and the local restaurants. The cabin was clean, well laid out, and perfect for two people each of whom wanted their own bedroom. We got the code before we got there and were able to access the cabin upon arrival. We’d definitely stay there again.
