My family and I love visiting the Hudson Valley. This house was stunning and provided plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax. The fireplace was perfect and the location was so walkable!

Erika was a fantastic host! The house was gorgeous and felt like a mountain lodge. The space was exactly as written about and we had a great time celebrating for my bachelor party. We love the Kingston area and will likely be coming back here!

Loved this place is was so cozy & chic. Me and my fiancé stood for a valentines getaway the kitchen is so nice with a view of the lake and trees. The sauna was great!

Erika was so very helpful, from check in to check out and more. She always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The place was amazing! The linens and bedding felt very nice! And the beds were super comfortable. My daughter loved the comforter that she wanted one for our home! We will definitely be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming Kingston townhome! The house beautifully blends old-world character with tasteful modern touches, creating a space that feels both cozy and fresh. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to great restaurants and coffee shops, yet it was also an easy drive to explore nearby Hudson Valley towns. Erika was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway or a small group planning a relaxing girls’ weekend. We would absolutely stay there again! 🩷

This house is a dream come true. We came up as a group of friends for a long weekend with plans to explore the area, go snow tubing, take some winter hikes, check out local breweries... in the end we barely left the house. It was so cozy and gorgeous with plenty of space for us all to relax together. The kitchen was a dream. It turned into a weekend of home cooked meals, conversations by the fire, endless laughter during board games around the big dining room table, late night winter hot tub adventures, cozied up reading on the couch. I think in the end we checked out one brewery and two restaurants so I can't speak on the area. But with a home like this one why bother leaving?! Ended my stay with a soak in the gorgeous master bedroom tub. Hard for us to leave!

My husband I rented Perch Cottage #9 for a hiking weekend in January and loved it so much that we returned for a weekend in Feb. Cottage #9 wasn't available, so we stayed in #7 which was just as lovely. Cosy, clean, private and well-located cabins. Looking forward to our next visit!
