My husband and I had a wonderful visit to this home with our toddler. The property was absolutely stunning and was the perfect winter escape. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed - and more! We especially loved the Sonos sound system located throughout the house and the fireplace in the main living area. We really appreciated that baby gates were provided as it allowed us to all relax in the main living area while our toddler played. This is a really special home and we are already planning a trip back. We cannot recommend this home enough!

We had a great stay! Location was central to many cute towns, house was very cozy and had everything we needed for a snowy weekend. Hot tub was huge! All four adults and one 8yo were very comfy. Loved the slippers and face masks that were provided! We would stay again!

We had a great stay at Perch Cottages! We were lucky to get about 8 inches of snow and cottage #7 was the perfect cozy weekend getaway. The kitchen is great and using the sauna during the snowstorm was a highlight. It was an easy drive to Woodstock, local trails for hiking and easy access to grocery stores. There is a great breakfast cafe (bread alone) 2 minutes down the road. Highly recommend the pecan sticky bun.

We had a great long weekend at Erika’s place. The house was pristine and very welcoming. We found everything we needed. Erika was a very responsive host, she answered all our questions and requests immediately. The house was large, beds were comfortable, bathrooms was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked. The highlight of our stay was the big snow and the slope behind the house that we used for sledding. I highly recommend Erika’s property and we hope to visit again soon.

Great stay in Erika’s house in Kingston, NY. You feel at home right away, with cozy decor and furniture, music speaker and record player, fireplace, full amenities, and even all necessary condiments. The house is in a rather private street, within walking distance from bakery and restaurants. Host is very responsive. I warmly recommend!

Absolutely GORGEOUS home with breathtaking views and thoughtful design. My girlfriends and I really enjoyed staying here for our annual getaway. The home is well furnished and spacious - plenty for 5 adults. We loved the 2 living areas and the well-stocked kitchen. The location is amazing. There is a clear view of a waterfall in the backyard and you can even hear it with the doors open! The home is situated on a low-traffic road perfect for walks or runs. Plus, the nearest large town - New Paltz - is only a 30 minute drive away.

This was a beautiful home, I loved waking up to watch the sunrise over the lake before heading to Hunter to ski and snowboard. We all slept really well and can imagine it would be great all seasons. Erika was so responsive and lovely to communicate with throughout the trip. Highly recommend❤️
