The cottage was cozy and provided a very homely feeling. The surroundings with the creek was quite serene and beautiful. All the required amenities was well taken care with clear marking and instructions. The host Erika was very detailed in her communication and always prompt. It is a great rejuvenating location experience for family and friends

Everything was perfect! We wish we had better weather to enjoy the grounds but the accommodations were extraordinary! We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and she loved every minute of our stay. I think the property has the most well stocked kitchen of any place I have stayed. Wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this property. The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to the supermarket and just a short drive to Minnewaska State Park, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, where we were able to barbecue, relax by the creek, and take in the beautiful scenery. It was a peaceful and memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay at Erika’s place. We were looking for a quiet getaway from the city which is exactly what we got! The house is private, quiet and lots of green space around! Additionally the house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated, and we loved the little sun room and hung out there a lot! All the bedrooms were very comfortable. Erika was always very responsive and easy to work with! I hope to keep coming back to this house!

Erika's place was spotless, comfortable and quiet, and perfectly situated near Kingston's Uptown/Stockade district and a short walk from Broadway. We had a great time exploring! Erika was very responsive before and during our stay. We'd happily stay again to see more of Kingston.

Erika’s place is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. The shared private creek area for guests staying at the Perch was especially special. We ran into rain all weekend but can’t wait to be back when the sun is back out. Thanks for all the dining recommendations nearby, and an amazing stay!

This was a wonderful place. I’m a historian of architecture so I was glad that it was architecturally distinctive. There was plenty of room for a graduation dinner for our daughter and our extended family. That house was quiet and easy to sleep in. The AC and heat were perfectly comfortable, even if the weather was not cooperating with us the entire weekend. It was a lovely time and we would love to stay again.

We had a great stay! The waterfall and creek views were peaceful and out the front we liked looking at the horses. Erika was friendly and responsive. It was close to a lot of the things we were going to do and the kids loved all the toys and games in the house.

Erika place is so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway, All the rooms are true to the photos, the environment is extremely clean and organized, with all the necessary support, whether it's utensils or information, it's near a lot of beautiful hiking trails, everything was exactly as advertised and erika is beyond words she is very attentive and kind, If your goal is to relax (as mine was), I highly recommend it!
