My partner and I booked this cottage for her birthday. We loved it so much! There were so many thoughtful touches and we enjoyed our stay. It was really nice being so close to the river and having a grill and fire pit to enjoy during our stay. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a cute clean place in the Catskills.

The photos don't do this property justice. It's easy to find, just a few minutes from gourmet as well as reasonably priced supermarkets, and a waterfall directly across from the house. It was so relaxing to hear the soothing sights and sounds of nature but be able to enjoy all the modern amenities like deep soaking tub, game room, large comfy beds etc etc. We would absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay here while celebrating my son’s graduation. The kitchen was a dream and had everything we needed to make a beautiful celebratory dinner. The couches were incredibly comfortable, the natural light is stunning, and spotting animals around the neighborhood was such a treat. Easy, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a special weekend. Would absolutely return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Perch Cottages after a whirlwind college tour through upstate and western New York. We needed a weekend to just rest and have a relaxing weekend and that's exactly what we did. We barbecued and made a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows while listening to the flow of the river right in the back of the cottage. Also, the beds were very comfortable so we had a good nights rest every night we were there. It was so peaceful there we would definitely come back to Perch Cottages. The icing on the cake was our gracious host, Erika! Erika was a super host because she got back to me so quickly with every question. She gave me clear directions for the cottage check-in and check-out procedure and the house rules. Over all this place gets 5 stars for me and my family.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we were so pleased! The airbnb was very clean, exactly as pictured, and it really had everything we needed. We utilized the grill and the sauna, and we took advantage of recommendations from the listing. We would certainly stay again!

This house was actually perfect. I stayed here with my wife and 2 children for 4 nights. It has everything you want. The best part was that it feels like your at home in your own house. It is extremely private and all yours! The listing is very accurate and the other reviews are very accurate as well. I would definitely come back.

Erika’s place was splendid! We came from NYC for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for two couples, although the house could have easily accommodated more (at least another couple/family). The waterfall right in front of the deck was a treat. Didn’t have to leave the house for a scenic view. The house was well stocked for us to cook multiple meals. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. Erika was quick to respond and very accommodating. We all had a special time. First time I thought I’d return to an Airbnb. Highly recommend!
