Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or visitors. Leave the property clean and in good condition; follow checkout instructions. Report any damage immediately. Owner/Manager are not liable for lost items, power outages, weather, or other uncontrollable issues. Cameras: Four exterior cameras monitor entry points; one in the basement (storage only, not for guest use). Events & Noise: No parties/gatherings without written approval. Respect neighbors; no loud music after 9 p.m. Noise complaints leading to police intervention will incur penalties. Fires & Smoking: Fires allowed only in the fire pit; use provided firewood indoors. No smoking indoors; penalties apply. Never leave fires unattended. Pets: Dogs must be on a leash during walks. Guests must clean up waste and vacuum to remove fur. Non-compliance may result in cleaning fees. House Rules: 15 mph speed limit on the lane (share with all drivers). No smoking indoors. Do not leave fires unattended. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
