Hello

This was my second time staying at the Perch Cottages. This time I took my parents whom were visiting from out of town and they enjoyed thoroughly. It's a perfect getaway for couples and families alike, with BBQ grills, picnic benches, communal fire pits and hammocks situated throughout the property. It was just as great as I I recalled, if not better. The inclusion of the Sauna at the back of the property is a great addition. The cottages are spotlessly clean, incredibly well equipped and perfectly situated, with private access to Esopus Creek. Erika and team are also incredibly helpful and communicative. I'd been wanting to gatekeep this place since my first trip, so that I can continue to come back over and over. Ultimately a great place to stay if visiting the Catskills.

Erika's place was great! We had a long term stay and felt right at home. Loved the cozy upstairs area for lounging and it was close to all the Catskill/Hudson activities!
