We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We traveled with 3 children under 2 and the space was toddler friendly and even had activities for the kids ready to go. Every room was immaculate and the bathrooms were stocked and ready for guests with lovely amenities. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking too. We loved how peaceful it was and truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.

Loved my cabin ! The owners did a great job with the updates and renovations. Look forward to coming back in the warm weather to take advantage of the outdoor facilities and hanging by the esopus creek.

Erika was an amazing host. She was responsive and cordial. The Perch cottages were perfect for our ski vacation. We loved waking up and seeing the Esopus Creek from our kitchen window. The cottages have been recently upgraded and the fit and finish were top notch. The cottages were about a 20 min drive to Belleayre Mountain and the supermarket and pharmacy were a 2 minute drive from the front door. We look forward to staying again!

Me and my friends had such a wonderful stay at Erika and Chandra’s BNB! The space is cozy, spotless, and full of charm. The backyard is beautiful with amazing views and lots of space to relax. Erika and Chandra were such welcoming and thoughtful hosts — every little detail made our trip extra special. Highly recommend for a relaxing upstate getaway!

We had a great stay with our kids for a ski weekend. It is close to Bellearye Mt. The cottage had enough space for our family of 4. The area is low key and not very developed. Communication with host was very easy.

This was the perfect peaceful getaway. Erika was a wonderful host and made sure our arrival was smooth and that we had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, with picture-perfect views from every window, and it was easy to get to nearby towns for shopping and dining. When a snowstorm came in on our departure day, Erika graciously allowed us to check out later at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely love to book again!

Had a great visit! The stay was easy to find and check in went smoothly. We arrived a few days after snow storm and were grateful to find it well plowed and shoveled. Inside was beautiful and comfortable for a weekend of relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we could make our own food and the sauna was a nice bonus to the property! Would stay again!
