We had a lovely and relaxing time as a family of 4 and a dog at Mountain Rock. Very spacious and comfortable bedrooms, great showers, well appointed kitchen, lots of natural and supplied light. It's true that you need a 4 wheel drive for the driveway -- we had to park at the bottom of the driveway but it wasn't a huge deal (and we were able to get up to pack up the car when we left). Super quiet, we saw lots of birds and very few humans. We walked the O&W rail trail which is a 5 minute drive and really enjoyed the trees and snow. Erika is a responsive host and made everything easy. Great stay!

The home is lovely with beautiful surroundings. It is a short drive to attractions in Kerhonkson and Accord. The home is spacious, with a large kitchen for entertaining and cooking.

We had a beautiful, snowy stay at Erika’s house that was perfect. We enjoyed the fireplace, games, and the amble kitchen with our family. It’s a large home that’s well-suited for multi-family vacations.

We absolutely loved this cabin and the location. The cabin was cozy with all necessities for a short stay. Nice quality bath amenities, coffee and tea, a speaker to play music, and extra blankets in the living area to get cozy while watching a movie or playing games. I also really appreciated plenty of non- overhead lighting options. Bedside and couch side lamps etc. the sauna was delightful and even during our winter stay, we enjoyed waking down to the stream. Highly recommend Bread Alone for morning / midday meals 3 min drive in one direction and Oliver’s for dinner / drinks & fireplace 3 mins in the opposite direction!

Perfect place to stay for a ski weekend. Cabin was a great size for two adults and a child. Hosts communicated very well, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Perch Cottage #9! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly tucked away in nature. Waking up to the creek and mountain views was such a treat, and every detail felt intentional and welcoming. Easy check-in, great communication, and an overall relaxing vibe. Highly recommend—we’d happily stay here again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Easy to get to skiing and great restaurants nearby. The beds were also super comfy and bedrooms were larger than expected.

Gorgeous and well stocked Airbnb. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and had a great stay. Very thoughtful additions like kids toys, baby gates, and exercise equipment. Amazing waterfall view throughout the home and really comfortable furniture. The home is exactly as pictured and described
