Great home base in the Catskills! The hot tub at the home is perfect and ideal after a day of hiking. The house itself is comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great living room for hanging out in, and more. The wi-fi is fast and reliable for anyone working from home and there are multiple desks in the house. The hosts were great to communicate with and made the check-in / check-out process very simple. We had an excellent stay!

We met for Thanksgiving from Dallas Atlanta and Brooklyn and everyone loved the property. The house had 3 floors which allowed some privacy and the lower level had ping pong games, board games , books , big tv (we never used). We had a few toddlers and Erika provided anything we asked for. We easily cooked Thanksgiving because the kitchen was really well stocked. The yard was huge and deer came every afternoon. We loved our stay.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights this winter and had a very lovely time! The creek behind the cottage was very picturesque and viewable from the on-site sauna. We really appreciated that in addition to the coffee maker Erika left tea, coffee, and pancake mix for us :) The beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. We explored the area including the Ashokan Rail Trail, Phoenicia Diner, and into Woodstock. Everything was easily drive-able and 5-20 minutes away. We would stay again!

This is a beautiful home in an incredible setting. The waterfall view and sounds are right out the back door. Everything was exactly like the photos. All of the rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. The owner has thought of all the details that you might need during your stay. There are lots of restaurants, breweries and cideries nearby. Minnewaska State Park is down the road. Lots of hiking, and other amazing waterfalls to see. I highly recommend this home and I plan to visit again in the spring.

This place is prefect for short term trip for 2 to 3 days. Me and my wife do like the house. Feel peaceful and slow down our life. Definitely will come back next time. Highly recommend.

This spot was exactly the quiet getaway my mom, sister, and I needed. While it’s a cottage in a group of cottages it’s amazing how exclusive it feels. The cottage itself was lovely and just like the pictures (the beds were so comfy!), the creek behind us was absolutely amazing to listen to at night if you cracked open a window or went down the path behind the cottages to explore. This host truly thought of everything. Plus the sauna was soooo nice! We will definitely be coming back!

We LOVED our stay here!! It was hassle-free, beautiful, clean, and full of convenient amenities. Extra little touches made us feel pampered. The hot tub was a huge bonus for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

Perfect “home away from home.” This house provided my family with the comfort, privacy, and space that was needed during our visit to Upstate New York. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make home cooked meals while the beds were plush for extra comfort while sleeping. Would definitely stay here again while visiting New York.

Awesome house and property! We loved the layout of the home. Great for a group. Super clean and modern yet cozy. The open layout is great for socializing and the indoor fireplace is a great touch. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Beautiful and secluded property with a great fire pit, deck and screened in porch. Erika was very communicative. Would highly recommend Erika's place to everyone!
