Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. The fireplace is currently out of service and not safe for use. We appreciate your understanding! Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. As an insurance company requirement, we request all guests to sign a rental agreement before their arrival. Please see "additional rules" for a sample of the rental agreement.
