Here is a very short list of house rules: 1 - Please don’t smoke in the house. 2 - When outside, please do not play loud music after 9 p.m., as sound can travel to neighbors. 3 - This is our home, please treat it with care, and kindly leave it as you found it.

Kind reminder: This is a private home, not a hotel—please enjoy it with the care you would your own. If any issue arises, we’ll respond swiftly, though no staff reside on‑site 24/7. For insurance purposes, all guests must sign our rental agreement before arrival; a sample appears under “Additional Rules". NOTE: Accord Speedway racetrack is nearby and presents potential for noise while race is on. Races happen every Friday - April to September, from 7 - 11:30 PM. We are leaving complimentary tickets for the family and encourage you to attend if you are around - it is a lot of fun and kid friendly.
