House Rules
Here is a very short list of house rules: 1 - Please don’t smoke in the house. 2 - When outside, please do not play loud music after 9 p.m., as sound can travel to neighbors. 3 - This is our home, please treat it with care, and kindly leave it as you found it.
Other Details to Note
We request all guests to sign a rental agreement before their arrival. This is an insurance company requirement and agreement is standard. Please see "additional rules" for a sample of the rental agreement. NOTE: Accord Speedway race track is nearby and presents potential for noise while race is on. Races happen every Friday - April to September, from 7 - 11:30 PM. We are leaving complimentary tickets for the family and encourage you to attend if you are around - it is a lot of fun and kid friendly.
